FUNCTION
Alumil branded lift/slide hardware for all Alumil lift/slide systems providing smooth
and quiet movement of sliding sashes and enhanced security.
TECHNICAL FEATURES

Available in two basic versions based on sash weight to cover all Alumil’s range
needs:
- Standard version: sashes up to 200kg
- Heavy duty version: sashes up to 300kg (up to 400kg with the use of
additional rollers)

Two point locking as standard. A third locking point is also available and
concealed on the gear if required
•
Gears in four different lengths to cover from small sized sliding windows to big
sized sliding doors
•
Gear backset is 27.5mm
•
Gears can accommodate profile cylinders for enhanced security
•
Extensions of 500mm are available in two versions, both with integrated locking
point and without locking point for aesthetics
•
Combined with Alumil 10mm pin handle
•
Special locking plate for ventilation
•
Tension spring available for smoother lifting of heavy sashes (>200kg).
Retrofitting is possible

Handle dampener available for smoother and safer lowering of the sash.
Prevents high speed strike back of the handle. Recommended for sashes >100kg.
